There is no way to quantify the misery with which the Obama economic plan punishes everyday Americans trying to find a job. The December jobs report showed an "unexpected" larger jobs loss which left the "official" unemployment rate at 10%. The number of discouraged job seekers also increased so that the total force of those who want a job but can't find one increased from 17.2% to 17.3%.
This is bad. But where is the sympathy, or empathy, or dogged determination in Washington to help this situation? Nothing; this President gives all indications that he could care less. Certainly it is not as important as his Socialized Medicine plan. Our members of congress, who live in relative oppulance, don't jump on TV to explain plans to revive the economy. They did their job. They passed the "Stimulus Plan" so what happens to everyday Americans after that is not their concern.
Folks, keep your eyes set on November. This is your opportunity to put these dogs to the street!
