Now the Unions want to shut down Tea Party Groups
Well, I guess it was just a matter of time. Apparantly SEIU and AFSCME are putting their union member dues behind the American Public Policy Committee to pay for a Web Site that tries to bash Tea Party groups, and with a clever name,
Reject the Ideas of the Tea Party. Note that they say "Tea Party" singular as if it is a single political party, which Tea Partys most assuredly are not.
The avowed purpose of the site is to "“reject the dangerous ideas of the Tea Party". Again guys, it's a movement, not a party.
And what ideas do you want to reject? The Constitutution of the United States? Open and honest voting in elections? Government for the people, by the people? Limited government?
Yeah, that is some real radical stuff! In fact all that stuff came out of a revolution! Now that is something you guys claim you know something about--maybe we should be on the same page here????
