How About Dem Saints!!!!!!??????

Everyone has heard that the Saints won the Super Bowl. Everyone knows Sean Payton is one heck of a Head Coach and is willing to take risks to win.

But how many people know the story of how Sean Payton hired Greg Williams, his defensive coordinator?

Sean hired Greg (former coach of the Buffalo Bills) in January 2009. Payton is an Offensive Genius and needed someone to run the Saint's offense. Williams is an aggressive defensive coach and Payton knew he needed someone to balance the overall Saints attack.

So, Sean Payton gave up $250,000 of his salary in order to get Williams on board for the 2009-2010 season. Is that gutsy or what?????

Watching the Saints this year has been a joy. Not only have we seen the great offense provided by Drew Brees, but it has been incredible to watch the defense protect Brees and provide key opportunities when the team needed it.

Congrats to the Saints and to Sean Payton and Greg Williams for providing a fantastic season for all the fans and particularly New Orleans.

It is now Official: Hell IS frozen over and the Saints won the Superbowl

If you missed the game agains the Colts last night it is hard to understand the Saints. The second half was purely their game and their style. From an on-side kick to a passing game using multiple receives and different attack depths, it was thrilling.

Finally, the "Who Dat Nation" gets to put a big "job done" on a part of the recovery from Hurricane Katrina. This type of victory can do more in some ways than Federal recovery dollars.
