What is an Impeachable Offense?

Impeachment is a formal process in which an elected official is accused of unlawful activity, and which may or may not lead to the removal of that official from office.

Why is that important? Because this weekend, the House of Representatives may take a scaple to the Constitution in order to slither through the odious ObamaCare bill. Instead of an up or down vote, for which Pelosi may not have the votes, they will use a slight of hand to "deem" that the Senate bill was passed, as described here.

That would mean that Pelosi, with the urging of President Obama, has circumvented Article I section 7 of the Constitution. They both took on oath to uphold the Constitution. By knowingly bypassing the Constitution, they have broken their oaths.

Should they be impeached?

In this story from ABC News, the speaker of the house said "she has much in common with the Tea Party. The speaker now says she shares views with movement she dismissed last summer as being “Astroturf” .

Oh, I hope you didn't spew coffee through your nose when you read that!

Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to put a Windfall Tax on all stock market profits (including Retirement fund, 401K and Mutual Funds! Alas, it is true - all to help the 12 Million Illegal Immigrants and other unemployed Minorities!
This woman is frightening.
She quotes...' We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income, (didn't Marx say something like this?), in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest.' (I am not rich, are you?)
When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied:
'We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long way to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as 'Americans'.'

Arrogance knows no Bounds for Ms. Pelosi

Actually it gets worse: as detailed here, "Princess" Pelosi has been partying it up big time at taxpayer's expense. And for family members also. As the article details, Ms. Pelosi has been treating the Air Force as her personal taxi service.

Remember: we elect people to serve us. We do not elect them to rule over us. This type of arrogance has to go; which means the speaker has to go!
